Advantage to Home-buyers due to interest rate fall

With more money in flow into the economy the home seekers have many benefits from mortgage companies and banks. As a side effect of demonetisation the financial institutions have been forced to reduce the interest rates on all the lending proceedings.
All kind of investment advantage has increased for the borrowers. With many people thinking that the real estate market might face a slump due to demonetisation, in truth there have been more advantages these days to all buyers with reduced borrowing rates.
The real estate prices are also expected to reduce considerably with the reduced interest rate as the whole sum which the buyer will pay will reduce to a large extent on the same property price.
The sudden reduction in the interest rates can be attributed to the excess money in flow in the investment markets. This is a great move as it will cut back black money transactions in the country.

Factors influencing real estate value appreciation

While buying residential apartments in Kerala, Karnataka or Tamil Nadu one of the main things we consider is the appreciation of the value of the property. There are many factors which influence the growth of value and appreciation of the property. Let us take a look at few now!

Appreciation of a property happens due to many reasons. One of the primary reasons is the development of the locality and infrastructure in the area. Buying homes in areas which already have all kinds of amenities and modern infrastructure will see appreciation with time due to various other factors like new residential spaces and other luxury infrastructure additions to the area like malls, entertainment hubs and other recreational areas.

Connectivity to main areas of the city through various public transportation and better road system also adds to the value appreciation of the property. For instance, when a property is located close to a National Highway or Express Highway, the value of the property is comparatively better than when it is in another place. Similarly, proximity to metro stations, railway station and airport also increases the property value.

The city of location also matters while looking at the property value growth. In cities like Bangalore, the property prices are already high, but in the smaller cities like Coimbatore, Tirupur, etc. where there is much scope for expansion, new projects and infrastructure, the housing value will be initially affordable but will have tremendous scope of growth in a very short span of time!

Though there are many factors influencing the real estate value appreciation in various cities these are few of the important ones.

Having No Pre-EMI while buying houses

Many builders selling residential properties in Karnataka, Kerala and Tamil Nadu have the offer of having no Pre-EMI while buying houses. Many people might be confused about the advantages about having no Pre-EMI; this week let us take a look at what no Pre-EMI means.

No Pre-EMI is a scheme wherein the builder basically takes up the burden of the buyers and promotes better buying opportunities for the buyer in the fluctuating market trends. The buyer will have to pay an upfront amount while buying a flat and the payment might range from 5% to 20% depending on the builder. The EMI payment will start only after possession of the house. Till the time of possession, the builder will have the burden of EMI and pay it to the bank.

The builder might either pay a part of interest and principal on your EMI to the bank in a reducing format for a fixed period of time or they pay only the interest and the principal amount is deducted from your loan account. Verify what kind of payment is being made at the time of agreement itself.

The buyer has a better financial planning and get to build up resources for future payments and on the other hand the builders have the pressure to finish the projects on time and so the buyers get surety that the project will be handed over on time.

When a buyer pays down payment on lower price of the property which will appreciate through the time, they also get the advantage of project appreciation with benefits of building up payment resources!

No Pre-EMI is a definite advantage to the buyers when it comes from a good and trustworthy builder like Sowparnika!

Advantages of living in an apartment

Living spaces and their styles have been changing over the years as people are adapting to the new designs and modern infrastructure to have a better blend in with the world around them. Sowparnika’s residential apartment in Hoskote Bangalore and other states like Kerala & Tamil Nadu have also made sure to adapt to the changing trends in housing.

First, people used to prefer independent housing over living in apartments. But due to many reasons like space crunch in big cities and increased financial appreciation of many properties, people have succumbed to buying apartments which are ideal for their lifestyle in cities like Bangalore.

Living in apartments has many advantages starting with having a pre-planned setting which can be bought by us easily. Most apartments are well planned with modern amenities and resident's convenience in mind. Living in such residences will be less stressful than constructing an own house and moving in.

Security is another major advantage of living in apartments. All apartments nowadays have state of the art security system all the time. People need not worry about having a security of managing who come into their residence etc.

Living among like-minded people is a main added advantage of living in apartments. You get to see and know people who are from the same place and have more or less same interests. Because of this, kids will also have good company as they will have many friends of their age to mingle with and spend time.

The common amenities like Gym, Swimming Pool and Club house also add to the advantage as if a person lives in an independent house, having such amenities and maintaining them a difficult task. But, in apartments all maintenance is done by a central system.

With so many added advantages there's no doubt that apartments are the residential spaces of today and the future!
